1. Poli transaction refund:
Poli official does not support returning funds to the customer's Poli account after payment. If you have a withdrawal request from Poli, you can choose other channels to withdraw the funds back (such as PayPal), and the refund time may vary depending on the refund channel you choose.
2. During Poli transaction review:
Review Time: Some Poli transactions require third-party review and confirmation before they can be successfully credited. If your transaction is under review, please be patient and wait for approval. The general review time is 1-3 working days.
3. Canceling order during review
If your Poli transaction is under review and you wish to cancel the order and receive a refund. Please be informed that as Poli does not support refunds through the original method, refunds for Poli transactions under review need to be processed after the transaction is approved. You can contact 1buyo customer service to refund your refund to 1buyo's balance and withdraw it through PayPal or other channels. If you are unable to withdraw, please provide your PayPal account and we will notify our finance department to process your refund as soon as possible.
